How far in advance should I place my order? We are booked through 2008. Please place your 2009 orders now. Do you deliver? What are the fees? Delivery fees are determined by distance and time requirements. Please let us know when you order your cake if you would like delivery. We cannot guarantee the ability to deliver a cake without proper notice.We now have a "go green" program. If your cake serves 100 people or more and you pick it up from our store, not only will you save the delivery fee but we will discount your cake. Please ask us for details. Do you make vegan and gluten-free cakes? We offer all of our cakes in vegan and gluten-free versions. We now also offer a variety of "diabetic friendly" agave cakes. How will we know how to properly cut the cake? We provide written disassembly and cutting directions for all cakes.
