How far in advance should I place my order? It is never too early to place our order. We do book very quickly and take on a limited number of projects, so booking early is encouraged. What are your fees? All cakes are priced individually based on the elaborateness of the design and the size of the cake. Our cake prices begin at $5 a slice for buttercream and $6 a slice for fondant finish. Elaborate design work may incur additional charges. Carved cakes prices are based on many factors and we need to review each order before quoting. There is a minimum price of $250 per order on all cakes. Do you deliver? What are the fees? Delivery fees are determined by distance and time requirements. Please let us know when you order your cake if you would like delivery. We cannot guarantee the ability to deliver a cake without proper notice.We now have a "go green" program. If your cake serves 100 people or more and you pick it up from our store, not only will you save the delivery fee but we will discount your cake. Please ask us for details. Do you make vegan and gluten free cakes? We offer most of our cakes and fillings in vegan and gluten free versions. We now also offer a variety of sugar free cakes using agave. How will we know how to properly cut the cake? We provide written disassembly and cutting directions for all cakes.
